1. Delivery Coverage
LeadFlowers delivers flowers, gifts, and related products to most locations worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and many other countries.
Delivery availability depends on local florist and courier coverage in the recipient's area.
If delivery to a requested location is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.
2. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient information, including:
- Recipient's full name
- Delivery address
- Contact phone number (recommended)
- Any necessary delivery instructions
LeadFlowers is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated recipient information.
If an order must be re-delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery is typically available within 1 business day.
Same-day delivery may be available for eligible products and locations if the order is placed and payment is successfully received before the local cut-off time in the recipient's location.
Same-day delivery availability is not guaranteed in all regions.
Certain specialty products, gift baskets, gourmet items, and custom arrangements may require additional preparation time.
4. Requested Delivery Times
Customers may request a preferred delivery time during checkout.
While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested delivery times, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly stated during checkout.
Delivery schedules may be affected by:
- Local operating hours
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Recipient availability
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
5. Holiday Deliveries
Due to exceptionally high order volumes during major holidays, including but not limited to:
- Valentine's Day
- International Women's Day
- Mother's Day
- Christmas
- New Year's Eve
Exact delivery times and same-day delivery may not be available.
Customers are encouraged to place holiday orders as early as possible.
LeadFlowers reserves the right to deliver within a reasonable delivery window surrounding the requested delivery date during peak holiday periods.
6. Recipient Availability
Delivery is considered completed when:
- The order is personally accepted by the recipient;
- The order is accepted by another adult at the delivery address;
- The order is accepted by building staff, reception personnel, concierge services, or similar authorized persons;
- The order is left in a secure location where permitted by local practices and circumstances.
For deliveries to hotels, hospitals, offices, universities, and similar institutions, delivery may be completed through reception desks or authorized personnel.
LeadFlowers cannot be responsible for the internal delivery procedures of third-party institutions.
7. Substitution Policy
Flowers and gifts are subject to seasonal and regional availability.
If certain flowers, colors, containers, packaging, or gift items are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color scheme, and quality of the original arrangement whenever possible.
Such substitutions shall not be considered a delivery error and do not qualify for a refund.
8. Order Modifications
Customers may request modifications to an order before preparation or delivery begins.
Modification requests may include:
- Delivery date changes
- Recipient information updates
- Card message updates
- Product upgrades
We cannot guarantee that modification requests submitted shortly before delivery can be accommodated.
Additional charges may apply when modifications increase product or delivery costs.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled and refunded in full if cancellation is requested before the order enters preparation or fulfillment.
Once floral arrangements, gifts, or other products have been prepared, assembled, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If cancellation is approved after preparation has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
10. Refund Policy
Because flowers and many gift products are perishable, refunds are evaluated individually based on the circumstances of each order.
Customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- The order was not delivered;
- Delivery was impossible due to service limitations;
- The delivered product significantly differed from the purchased product;
- The delivered product arrived damaged or in unacceptable condition;
- A verified service failure occurred.
Refund requests resulting from personal preference, minor variations, seasonal substitutions, or recipient refusal may not qualify for a refund.
11. Quality Concerns & Claims
If you are dissatisfied with the delivered order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with the investigation, we may request:
- Photographs of the delivered items
- Order details
- Description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied due to the perishable nature of flowers and similar products.
Where appropriate, LeadFlowers may choose to:
- Redeliver the order
- Replace the product
- Issue a partial refund
- Issue a full refund
12. Card Messages
Personal messages submitted during checkout will be delivered together with the order whenever possible.
LeadFlowers reserves the right to adjust card formatting, printing methods, or message presentation based on local operational requirements.
Customers are solely responsible for the content of submitted messages.
13. Delivery Confirmation
Once an order has been successfully delivered, a delivery confirmation will be provided via email whenever available.
Optional delivery photographs may be available in certain locations but are not guaranteed.
Photography may be declined by the recipient or restricted by local laws, privacy regulations, or operational circumstances.
14. Force Majeure
LeadFlowers shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government actions
- Labor disputes
- Transportation disruptions
- Public emergencies
- Technical failures
- Supply chain interruptions
